Pro, you're a bit late to the game.

First, the UN isn't bad news for everyone. Just because world peace isn't possible long-term doesn't mean that we should do our best to govern as a world body when decisions involve the whole world, and human rights. That's a stupid point.

The siding with "your own kind" is an ignorant point of view. Who is "your kind?" Are they "your kind" because they're the same color as you? Because they live in your neighborhood? Because they worship the same was as you? You're a moron.

The constitution is nice, sure. Let's stick with it as best we can, but the constitution allows for the government to do things outside the scope of what the constitution originally intended because the constitution was never intended to be then be-all-end-all for the US government.

By the way, I've been outside the US, and I've been in several places in the US. The US is most certainly *not* the best country in the world. Most unequivocally not. You must not travel much to say such things. Europe is a very nice place, and if it weren't for family ties I would very much like to move there... but flying home to see my folks so often would be a bit of a drag.

They have "freedom" in other places just like we have here, and in some places they even have more freedom.

By the way, I don't see how guns enter into the equation, but with your neo-con viewpoint, your mild case of racism, and your uneducated view on the constitution, it doesn't surprise me that you do like guns. I don't mind guns when the people who are using them know what they're doing and aren't trying to harm people and animals unnecessarily with them.

I suggest that maybe you take a second round in that constitution class, and maybe see the world a bit. The United States isn't the only place out there, and the rest of the world deserves a say in matters where the world as a whole has to deal with the consequences.

The UN is bad news for everyone, there will never be world peace so forget about that. Presidents are made out to be "elect me and i will make your life better". But the only person who can make your life better is you.

Also, dig deep in the back of your mind, people of different race, are "different"...and that means there will be racism no matter what. i myself, am not a big racist person. BUT, because there are different types of people in the world, i would surely side with my kind before any other... lets be honest with ourselves, its human nature...

and we need to stick with the
Constitution because its the foundation and the way that makes this country the best in the world...

        PS: I LOVE GUNS....

reLOVElution: You haven't looked close enough. Economy isn't the only factor here. It's a big one, but it's affected by many factors. We've got a huge healthcare crisis in this country. As an independent contractor I have gotten to learn first-hand what one must go through in order to get health insurance without the protection of state laws as they pertain to individual plans. My family doesn't qualify for most healthcare plans, and that actually has nothing to do with cost. Try qualifying for health insurance and you'll find this to be true for yourself as well. Then tell the eight year old kid that they can't go to the doctor because the free market decided not to provide them with health care coverage and their parents can't earn enough on the fair market to pay the inflated prices that the fair market continuously extorts from people... I doubt the kid will think it's all that fair.

Ron Paul is a racist who is fighting for the same old world of the haves and the have-nots. Your child will suffer under a Ron Paul presidency. And your child's children will suffer even more once the severe consequences of our pollution are truly realized... and then you can tell your grand children that we may have screwed the planet, but at least it was a decision made by rich people, and rich people are always right.

Dear Manchicken,
It seems to me that this blog started with a good interest. But now it has resulted to mud slinging. And you have a point about Ron Paul supporters, we are very passionate about our country and the down fall it is in. I discourage people who are trying to discredit you, and believe your point is just as valid as anyone else. But I think the reasoning behind the remarks are because we know this is the turning point of our nation, and we also know that if something drastic is not done then not only will it directly effect you and me but also my child and his children. And believe me I have looked at all of the candidates and they all follow the same path to economic failure.
But let me be clear I commend you for staying civil during all this, and welcome your different beliefs and ideas.

Till next time
Take care

Donald: Nope. I don't believe in reparations. But I do believe in civil rights, and civil rights watchdog groups. You know, the ones that Mr. Paul calls racist.

Immigrant children should not be denied education due to the actions of their parents. If you want to be a cold-hearted bastard, that's fine. But I don't want it in public policy.

And your new world order stuff is bullshit. You're lying through your teeth. There is no super-highway like Ron Paul claims, it is a myth.

Take your neo-con propaganda somewhere else. The readers here--except for the Ron Paul supporters who came here just because they don't like what I have to say--are too smart to buy your crap.

MANCHICKEN...

You ignore the fact that illegal immigrants are a benefit for corporations and a burden to taxpayers. Furthermore, you ignore the fact that illegals are receiving free education and social security that taxpaying citizens pay for and DON'T RECEIVE!!!!!!!!! Don't feed me your bullshit! I grew up in the ghetto and went to public schools. Don't you fucking tell me, Mr. brainwashed "minister"!

You blind yourself with one special interest topic: Racism. Furthermore, the context in which you claim Mr. Paul as being racist is totally ludicrous. I bet you actually believe that I, a 3rd generation German/Italian/Irish American should pay reparations to 5th generation African Americans too!!!

You disregard the fact that the United Nations is nothing more than the body established as an introduction to the New World Order as devised by the rich that head the largest credit institutions and banks worldwide; that take peoples houses away; that left my family homeless!!!

Take your post-hippie propaganda stick it up your ass.

Hi, interesting blog Manchicken. Just wanted to say that I support Ron Paul, he's the only candidate that is talking about dismantling the IRS, so I will be voting for him in '08!

This year was my second audit in a row. No reason was given, or needed, for getting slapped with a shakedown, err I mean audit from the IRS. I hope the extra $2,800 that they illegally took from me was really worth all of the effort that it took for me to prepare my receipts. I think millions of Americans are fed up enough with the IRS and our tax code to vote for Ron Paul on this issue alone!

Manchicken, racism is ignorance and stupidity, but you're really no better. For calling Ron Paul a racist and fascist without doing some fact checking. If he's an enemy of freedom, he'd have voted for Real ID, USA Patriot Act, war in Iraq, and more taxation. On the contrary, pick and choose any other candidate who's voted just that, and tell me Ron Paul is an enemy of freedom.

If you don't know what you're talking about that's ok. If you don't want to know facts about Ron Paul that's ok too. But to judge a Doctor by accusations and ignore the good things he's done, you're really what's wrong with America. It's ok to hate racists, it's ok to think racists are bad for America, but it's , sorry to say, ridiculous to say that's worse than the crimes already committed to every American today, and those who will either perpetuate it or not work to stop it.

So let me know when you've thought of a new candidate who's not voted for Real ID, the War in Iraq, Patriot Act, and will bring our troops home NOW. (I can put aside Constitutional, States rights, abortion and drugs and taxation, and I doubt you can still give me an answer)
