Another reason why things are stalling is because the developing world is woefully incapable of funding the changes that are necessary for them to participate in the solution to man-made global climate change. They make a compelling case that the already-developed world owes a debt to the developing world for the years that we have enjoyed prosperity due to our polluting activities.

One more interesting point I’ve heard is that developing nations are being priced out of being able to participate because corporations in developed nations are implementing strict intellectual (imaginary) property regimes to prevent others from partaking of solutions science without paying top dollar.

America should be ashamed at how our corporations are behaving. We should be ashamed at how our leaders are behaving. And we should be shamed that while the science is calling for 20-25% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from 1990 emissions estimates, the United States is only willing to make a 4% change. Of course, we’re calling it a 16% drop, but then changing the benchmark from 1990 to 2002.

Some days it’s harder to be an American than others. Our government is controlled by corporations, despite the lies that Obama told us when he promised to keep corporations out of the White House. Obama, please give us the change we believed in and worked our asses off for.

This is yet another case of people being able to abuse the DMCA’98 to violate free speech rights.

Let’s all take some time to educate ourselves on the danger, hate, and fear oozing out of this band of merry idiots.

Now, you’re probably saying “but manchicken, pizza usually has cheese on it, and vegan cheese substitutes all taste like ass!”  Well, I couldn’t agree more… vegan cheese substitutes do tend to taste like ass, and that’s why I just don’t use them.  I make cheese-less pizza.  Now, without all that extra fat and Calories you can do a lot more with toppings, but you can also feel guilt-free about thick-crust pizza.  You probably could put cheese on this if you want, but I’m happy with just store-bought spaghetti sauce and onions.

You need:

• 1 cup hot tap water, 170ºF/77ºC max
• 1 1/2 tbsp yeast
• 2 tbsp brewers yeast
• 1 1/2 tbsp light corn syrup
• 6 cups all-purpose flour (3 cups for dough, 3 to knead into dough)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 8 tbsp canola oil (2 tbsp for the dough, 6 to oil your pans)
• 2 9-inch round cake pans

If anybody from the City or County of Denver is reading, I do have the IP of the person who did write this hate-speech from the comfort of your network, and I can provide that information to anybody who can convince me that they’re the appropriate authority… I’m pretty sure you have a rule against posting hate-speech on blogs from your network.

• Fewer lines — Not as many people vote early, and if they do it’s stretched over 15 days at the end of October, so they can spread out.
• No having to figure out which line you need to go to based on your last name alphabetically.
• No waiting for folks to hunt down your registration record, you hand the election official your ID, they look you up in the computer, they print out your registration ticket and your ballot, and you’re good to go.
• You can choose which weather conditions you want to vote in.  I went today which was rainy, but at least I got to choose.
• No cramming to get out on Election day.
• You can research and vote when you’re ready, not on Election day.

Please remember though, if you vote early then you cannot vote on Election day!  Make sure that you’re firm in your decisions before you vote early.  Also, don’t forget that others will still have to vote, so continue to encourage others to vote even though you already have.

I don’t think I will ever vote on Election day when I can vote early ever again.
